![]() It's the exact same bundle for $20 as Bundle 1 in SPA, but SPA doesn't have Flight 2000. Right now there's some real fuckery where they put Flight 2000 in Stern Bundle 1 in TPA. So long as there's at least one other $5 table in the bundle you want, anyway. On the other hand, if you're going to buy a table like Wipe Out for $5 and $10 gets you Gottlieb Bundle 1 with Wipe Out + 5 other tables then it really makes more sense to go with the bundle, even if it means getting a couple dupes or tables you aren't interested in. But I'd imagine on other platforms where the individual table packs already exist there wouldn't be a need to remove them. Whether that will be the norm for other platforms or just a Switch thing I can't say. Even with the initial launch on Switch they had all 7 Season bundles but no option to buy individual table packs. Just some thoughts, but until some news does or doesn't come out around e3, and some firsthand impressions come out from this Arcooda license that's expiring soon, I'm sitting on buying tables for a few weeks.Ĭlick to shrink.Assuming they sell each table individually as well as in bundles, no.īut on Switch they only have bundles. And if I were Scientific Games, what better time than e3 to make an announcement, just prior to the license running out for Farsight? It takes some sales away, and it also helps push their brand into a new direction with the public eye. Either the license is used for crap gambling machines, or not at all, or a new developer enters the fray. Obviously 2 has happened, and so for me, that means 1 or 3 are possibilities. A new license is distributed for development purposes, and those tables, and maybe more are recreated by a new, more savvy developer, or developers. They continue a license with Farsight and just make spare change for their business.ģ. and don't won't their brand sullied or want to use more WMS/Bally themes for their gambling machines, more so than they already have, and don't want those being "sullied" by what they might view as a competing/inferior product.Ģ. ![]() Scientific Games didn't like dealing with Farsight or how they handled the license, end product, etc. Continued abuse of our services will cause your IP address to be blocked indefinitely.I don't know how many of you are giving this notion a thought, but I'm personally waiting til e3 to see what occurs with the WMS/Bally license.ġ.
